Transforming Youth into Adults

Healing Journey Wellness Center is in collaboration with Transforming Youths Into Adults Behavioral Health (TYIA) to provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) treatment to youth from the ages of 5-17 years old, and adults from the ages of 18 and up. The services are for individuals with chronic mental illness that will be treated with a strength-based approach model of rehabilitation. Support and various coping skills are provided to individuals to embrace debilitating mental health conditions.
