Healing Journey Wellness Center provides intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adolescents and adults. We seek to provide services to individuals seeking treatment that meet the American Society of Addiction Medicine criteria for Intensive Outpatient level of treatment. Our IOP is a minimum of 12 hours per week – 3 hours a day, 4-6 days per week, in-person or virtual. The program runs for a minimum of 12 weeks where individuals receive a combination of group therapy, individual therapy along with in-home and community support with the goal of eliminating or reducing substance use.

 

Our program consists of the following IOP services…

   •     Three to four three hour group counseling sessions per week

   •     Individual counseling

   •     Mental Health Counseling

   •     Case Management

   •     Transportation

   •     Housing (coming soon)

 Hours for these services aren’t always the traditional hours and can be altered when needed to meet the needs of the clients. Telehealth services are available for individual and group sessions.
