Level 3.3

Clinically Managed Medium to High Intensity Residential Services

Clients entering into a 3.3 level of care is for ADULTS ONLY and typically offers twenty-four (24) hour care with trained personnel.  Services are directed by physicians and are similar to level 3.1 and is designed to accommodate individuals with significant cognitive or other impairments, such as traumatic brain injury, related to their SUD or co-occurring mental health disorder.  Treatment occurs at a slower pace until clients' cognitive abilities improve or until they can progress to the next level of treatment.

Level 3.1

Clinically Managed Low Intensity Residential Services

Clients entering our Low Level 3.1 co-occurring enhanced programs meet the diagnostic criteria for both a mental disorder and substance use disorder. Those clients are provided active psychiatric services, that includes medication management and education; mental health evaluation and treatment; and laboratory services which is a defining service characteristic of the co-occurring intensity of service. Clients entering into a 3.1 level of care services receives at least 5 hours of clinical service per week, including individual, group, and family therapy and wraparound services.  In Level 3.1 care, people learn how to deal with tasks of daily living, receive assistance with stabilizing and maintaining SUD symptoms, and develop necessary recovery skills.
